HISTORY OF THE BALL

The Mayor's Charity Ball began as a simple idea: bring people together for an evening of celebration, and channel that collective energy into real, lasting impact.

IN 1994,

the Anchorage Mayor's Charity Ball was founded by a volunteer committee led by Robert Penney and Mayor Rick Mystrom.
